Happy 1st Birthday, Little Prince~

Jude knows how to party! The little birthday man celebrated it big for his annual day in honor of him. All the family and friends gathered to celebrate. Jude was a champ and stayed up the entire time. His favorite gifts, of course, were the wrapping paper and boxes- you'd think by the third child we'd learn our lesson and only wrap empty boxes. No really, he loved the balls, water toys, Elmo, LeapFrog Fridge magnet (this is an absolute favorite!), and clothes. Best of all was the cake- he dove in without question and smeared away. We finally had to take it away for fear of a sugar coma....

Happy Birthday Sweet Prince... You have been an absolute joy to our family this past year. You are adored by all. All our love....

"Pump It Up, Baby!"

Owen and 22 of his closest friends "pumped it up" today! He celebrated at an inflatable party palace- slides, jump houses, obstacle courses, climbing walls, and more.... I don't think I've ever seen a kid more excited! There is nothing more satisfying and enjoyable than seeing your child light up with excitement when the whole day revolves around them! Being the "middle" child Owen tends to get the shaft every now and then... however today was ALL about him~ His friend party and family party were held on the same day. He's exhausted and wired all at the same time. His "real" birthday is Tuesday, St. Patrick's Day.... Happy Birthday, my prince!!!!

"These Boots Are Made For Walking"

Well, our little one is now upright and walking. Jude took 4 steps a week ago and he hasn't stopped since- he is definitely a baby on a mission! His little "frankenstein" walk is adorable and I think he'll soon be running. He is trying his hardest to keep up with the older boys. Speaking of older boys, Owen is counting down every day until his birthday. His "kid" party is coming up on Saturday afternoon. Stay tuned for an update and pictures.
