Funny how when you become a parent your "years" don't necessarily follow the real calendar year but they tend to follow your child's birthday...well, at least for me. How can little Finn be 1 already? What have I accomplished this year? Better yet, look what he has accomplished! He came to us a beautiful helpless little newborn, needed constant care, feeding, diaper changes...NOW he's walking, jabbering, laughing, giggling, eating...and throwing food! His new favorite activity! It is amazing to me what a new baby learns in 365 days...God is good. Happy 1st Birthday, Birdbaby. Birdpapa and I LOVE you sooooo much!
